ENERGY BOOST INJECTION
What is an energy boost injection and what does it do?
It’s a water-soluble vitamin that plays a vital role in brain function & red blood cell production. Deficiency is common, especially vegans or vegetarians due to diet, with little or no B12. Low blood levels of the vitamin have been linked to several health problems, brain function, depression, osteoporosis, age-related macula degeneration
B12 injection may help to:
Reduce depression, lower fatigue, improve metabolism, regulate hormone production, improve sleep, improved appearance in skin, hair and nails, protect the heart, improve sperm count.

Commonly known as Botulinum Toxin Type A, is the only botulinum toxin with a cosmetic license. It is a neurotoxin protein produced by the bacterium clostridium botulinum. Also known as Toxin or B*t*x, it is a muscle relaxant that is injected to specific areas on the face which can lead to temporary muscle paralysis, leaving a reduction in wrinkles and muscle movement. Results of the treatment can take up to 14 days to work , for you to see the full effect of treatment, with it lasting around 12 weeks. Botulinum Toxin is a POM (prescription only medicine), therefore you must see our Independent Nurse Prescriber for a face to face prescription. This prescription is valid for 6 months. Please contact the salon to book this treatment as a prescription clinic is run quarterly.
Anti- Wrinkle injections are most often used to treat:

NCTF135ha, New Cellular Treatment Factor, is a unique combination of 59 Active ingredients PLUS hyaluronic acid. Bio Skin Remodelling

As Beauty Therapist’s with almost 30 years combined experience, Saf & Stacey have a wealth of knowledge of working on a human face and a good understanding of facial anatomy. Stacey, a qualified Dental Nurse, with 16 years chairside experience, post dentistry qualifications, holding national certificates in each, and recently gaining a Level 4 Award in Facial Anatomy & Physiology which is Ofqual Regulated. Saf studied Beauty Therapy and Applied Sciences alongside Human Biology at Gloucestershire College of Arts & Technology, and has worked with Semi Permanent Makeup since qualifying in 2017, this led her to gain her Dermal Filler & Botulinum Toxin Certificates in 2021. They have a wealth of experience and knowledge with working on a human face due to their backgrounds prior to the Beauty & Aesthetics Industry. Working in Healthcare lends them well to Aseptic Touch and working in a clean, clinical environment. Stacey has progressed onto Advanced Aesthetics, with Saf hoping to follow in the not to distant future. Both Saf & Stacey carry out regular training in Managing Complications, including Anaphylaxis, First Aid & regular CPD hours each year. What are fat destroying injections?
Fat destroying injections involve the use of a special blend of lipolytic components (called a lipolytic cocktail) injected into the desired area to destroy unwanted and stubborn fat deposits. The lipolytic cocktail is designed to get rid of stubborn localised fat deposits from the body contour, abdominal folds, upper arms, thighs, buttocks, chin and waist.
Who is the treatment recommended for?
It is recommended for people who are of normal weight or slightly over, but who have localised areas of fat. It is also suitable for people wishing to optimise and maintain the results of a fat reduction treatment.
Lipolytic Cocktail – The Components
Lipolytic cocktail contains a variety of active ingredients designed to destroy fat & to tighten the skin. The cocktail is injected sub-cutabeously (mesotherapy) into the desired area. Phosphatidylcholine (PC) dissolves the fat stored in the adipocytes or fat cells, allowing it to eliminate localised adipocytes. Phosphatidylcholine, also known as lecithin, is one of the principle constituents of cell membranes and of the lipoproteins that circulate in the blood. Its function is to dissolve the fat stored in the adipocytes or fat cells, enabling it to be absorbed and carried away. It is therefore the ideal solution for getting rid of localised fat deposits. Deoxycholic acid (DC) is used in the reduction of localised fat. Deoxycholic acid conjugates with glycine or taurine and is used to reduce localised fat. L-carnitine mobilizes fat deposits making them available for metabolism to burn them. L-carnitine is present naturally in the body and its principal function is to transport fat deposits into the mitochondrial matrix so that they can be converted into energy. As it breaks down accumulated fat, it is known as a fat burner. Organic silica keeps the epidermis hydrated, firming and strengthening the skin, as well as acting as an antioxidant to actively prevent the acceleration of premature ageing. Organic silica is a structural element of the connective tissue which rehydrates, renews and regenerates the cells by stimulating and regulating the proliferation of fibroblasts, improving the synthesis of collagen and promoting the regeneration of elastic fibres. It also keeps the epidermis hydrated, firming and strengthening the skin.
Adipose Lipolysis – How it Works
Fat Cells accumulate around our middle region, the buttocks, thighs, arms and chin.
Micro injections of lipolysis injectable containing phosphatidlycholine (PC) and Deoxycholate Acid (DC) are introduced subcutaneously to the desired treatment area to dissolve the unwanted fat cells.
The fat cells absorb the PC DC and become slightly inflamed and harden.

Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy is an advanced innovation that is fast, effective, safe & new solution for removal of skin imperfections. Procedures typically last from 5-30 seconds , so you can be in and out of the salon quickly.
It emits a fine jet of nitrous oxide under high pressure, which allows the clinician to work with millimetre precision. This destroys the tissue by freezing the inter-celluar fluid , forming ice shards and crystals which rupture the membrane, thereby destroying the cell. That means there will be no collateral damage to healthy tissue. Its so incredibly accurate and practical.

Mesotherapy is a non-surgical treatment used to superficially inject professional skincare serums into the skin at an epidermal level.
